We have a few house rules:

1. Please arrive on time, not too early but certainly not too late.
2. Come alone, the salon is not that big, if all customers (no matter how nice it is) bring someone with them, the salon will be too full.
3. Do not bring children, let the treatment be a moment for yourself.
4. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in us charging the full amount, 100%.
5. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in 100% charge for the treatment.
6. Cancellations 48 to 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge.

In our salon we only work with our own products to guarantee the highest quality and safety. That is why we do not remove products from other salons and do not perform treatments on nails that have products from other salons applied. We do not know which products have been used, and some products can negatively affect the quality of our treatment.

Are you visiting us for the first time? Make sure your nails are free of products. If there is a product from another salon on your nails, any form of guarantee will be void. This can affect the adhesion and durability of our products, which can lead to breaking or loosening.

To ensure the quality of our treatments, we reserve the right to refuse treatments when products from another salon are present on the nails. We do this to provide you with the best possible service.
