Start with Ultra Bond, which air dries quickly. Then apply a thin layer of B&B Brilliant Clear and let it harden for 1 minute under LED light. Under UV this takes 2 minutes. Now you can apply the gel.

This is an opaque, cool, nude-pink gel that belongs to the latest generation of builder gels.
